A structured discovery kick-off to establish the baseline, priorities and constraints. Using our Team Effectiveness Diagnostic, stakeholder interviews and a short team survey, we map strengths, friction points and risks to delivery. The output is a clear brief for the programme, and a concise plan for Elaboration.

Elaboration

We remove any guesswork by co-creating a thin vertical slice of the successful change. Using that model, we align on OKRs, define KPIs and ROI measures, and pinpoint the key work across Team, System and Culture. The goal is alignment, with everyone clear on what success looks like, and how it will be achieved, measured and embedded.

Modular Programme

Ongoing touchpoint reviews help keep the team accountable.
