A thought to start the week: “killer conversations”.
I said last Monday: a conversation can change everything – if we can avoid “conversation killers. Let’s take that thinking one step further now, and turn our ordinary conversation into a killer conversation.
People leave their coaching session feeling energised, motivated, inspired and ready for action. And that’s just a conversation. How did that happen? It was a conversation that was almost solely about them; was focused on benefiting them in terms of their thinking, learning and action. And got them there faster than without the conversation.
This week, make your conversations – with your colleagues, clients, customers and staff – killer conversations. Make it all about them. Make it all about their thinking. And so get them to their result faster. A killer conversation.
