Can there be any more powerful success habit than our commitment to headspace?
To finding opportunity and the will to take a mental step back, to introduce new and expansive perspectives, and think DIFFERENTLY.
We all know how important it is to find headspace. And to do so with regularity. But we put so much up in the way, we never get to it.
But it doesn’t need to be complicated. On the contrary, headspace is about some very simple ideas: simplicity(!); calmness; stillness; distance; harmony; balance; peace.
And opportunities for headspace are in our days already:
- Just after we wake.
- Just before we retire for the night.
- On the treadmill at the gym.
- On the train into work.
- Practising mindfulness or meditation.
- In the doctor’s or dentist’s waiting room.
- Out for a walk.
- Waiting to be called in for interview.
It’s a simple formula: be very still; focus on your breathing. So no excuses …
